Who we are & what these terms cover

Hauski is provided by HSKI Group Limited trading as Hauski ('Hauski', 'we', 'us'), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16825249) with a registered office at 82, Unit A James Carter Road, Bury St. Edmunds, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE.

These terms explain how you may use the Hauski website, dashboards, calculators, saved searches, messaging tools and support. By creating an account or using the portal you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Hauski account. Keep your login credentials confidential and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree to provide accurate, complete information when you register and when you upload property details, documents, notes or communications. We may ask you to verify your identity so we can keep the platform secure.

Your responsibilities

Hauski is a collaborative workspace. To keep it useful for everyone you agree to:

• Use the portal for lawful purposes connected to buying, selling or managing property.
• Respect confidentiality and only upload documents you have the right to share.
• Ensure data you add is accurate to the best of your knowledge and keep it updated.
• Comply with any applicable professional or regulatory obligations if you are using Hauski on behalf of someone else.

Property portal, not an estate agent

Hauski is an online property portal that gives you tools to organise transactions, store documents and communicate. We are not an estate agent and we do not represent buyers or sellers in negotiations. Decisions about marketing, offers, disclosures, contracts and completion rest with you and your appointed professionals.

Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as Hauski acting as your agent, broker, conveyancer, surveyor, mortgage adviser or legal representative.

Tools, data and calculators

We invest in calculators, dashboards and data visualisations to help you plan with confidence. These features rely on public data, lender criteria and assumptions you supply, so they are for guidance only and are not personal financial or legal advice.

Always verify outputs – such as affordability estimates, stamp duty calculations and pricing suggestions – with qualified professionals before you rely on them in a transaction. Hauski is not responsible for losses that arise from relying solely on indicative results.

Fees and sustainability

Hauski is free for buyers to browse listings, save searches and message sellers directly. Sellers can list properties themselves at no cost and may choose optional paid upgrades such as featured placement or enhanced document storage to accelerate their campaign.

We do not earn referral fees from third-party service providers and we do not sell your details for introductions. Any time you need outside professional advice you can invite them into your dashboard yourself or share only the information you deem necessary.

Third-party services

Hauski may link to, embed or refer you to third-party products and services. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, performance or suitability.

If you sign a contract with a third-party provider, that agreement is solely between you and the provider.

Content and intellectual property

All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property in the Hauski brand, codebase, designs, wording and images belong to HSKI Group Limited or our licensors.

You retain ownership of the content and documents you upload but grant us a licence to host, process, display and transmit that content so that the portal functions as expected.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, misuse the portal, compromise the security of other users or if we are required to do so by law. We will normally give you reasonable notice unless doing so would prejudice an investigation or put others at risk.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Hauski or reliance on calculators, dashboards and other informational content.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Changes to the portal or these terms

We may update features, withdraw content, add new services or amend these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the website or email. Continued use of Hauski after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
